content and track record are key. Once you can prove that you are reliable over time then a sponsor will be willing to trust their money with you. There are to many horror stories out there about Podcasters who don’t honor contracts or don’t treat this medium like a busness.

This is terrific news for Ragan, Shel and Neville and well deserved. We can all learn from their story.

I completely agree with you in terms what they have delivered over time, building a great reputation and brand in FIR and of course their own personal brands.

For us their listeners they are also providing compelling content so that we are encouraged to listen in to the new episodes.
